This learning series supports implementation of the Changing Campus Culture Toolkit 2026, a resource shaped through more than ten years of practice, partnership, and continuous refinement.
The series combines relational peer learning with Workshops based on Practical Action Guides that help participants apply and integrate tools across real-world settings.

An interactive session for leaders to connect and spark new ideas. Ann & Sharon used the Conversation Cafe format to facilitate a robust discussion about current challenges and strategies for navigating the at-times difficult nature of our work.

Following a short round of Conversation Cafe to surface which aspects of our work are on our minds, Sharon & Ann overviewed the Practical Action Guide (PAG) on Summer Sustainability. An interactive poll was used to gather input for the July workshop series.

Ready to put the Toolkit into practice? Workshop #1 is built around two Practical Action Guides: moving 1) From Requirements to Safety and Support and 2) Creating Trauma-Informed Spaces on campus. We are hoping that Workshop participants leave with one concrete improvement they could realistically pursue in the next month.
